Recorded in the spring of 2009

After the more restrictive processes involving "Chinese Dinner," "Palazzo" finds Fünf loosening the parameters and conceptual bow ties, once again letting its musical collective hair down. But now the muscles are more toned, and the moves are more sure. The group has a confidence to it. A swagger. And now, let loose into the expanses, greater forces are unleashed.

This round had Fünf back to the original matrix format in terms of process, and each Fünfer was more ambitious in their contributions. The music as a result has heightened drama and cinematic scope (if possible considering the earlier music) and takes itself a bit more seriously. However, the humor never fades far from the surface.
